Two brothers from San Giovanni Incarico, Italy dreamed of one day opening their own Italian
restuarant. Their dream became a reality when Antonio and Domenico Mollo opened the Italian Village in October of 1976.
Using recipes handed down through many generations to create the authentic and delicious entrees entices customers
to frequent the restaurant today. When preparing our dishes, we rely on imported ingredients to bring out the richest
of flavors in our family recipes. Our cheeses hail from Parma and Milano. Olive oil originates in Lucca. Balsamic
vinegar arrives from Modena. As part of our old world tradition, we bake fresh bread daily in hearth stone ovens. We
know this attention to our ingredients and preparation produces a truly Italian dining experience. We hope you enjoy
the Italian cuisine available only at the Italian Village.
